Have you ever tried using a colon tube? It’s one of the most amazing things used for cleaning up your colon. People have said that it’s the most sensational thing ever because of its effects. However, the colon tube may hand over some complications for your health if you don’t know how to use it properly. The Colon tube is about six feet long, and your colon ranges from four to five feet, this gives you some allowance when you use the colon tube. What goes through the colon tube is a solution of enema which does the cleaning.

Using a colon tube can be very risky, especially for those who have no experience in doing so. The tube shouldn’t be too thin or too fat, at medium-diameter French 30 – 34 is recommended to be used for your safety.  Also remember that the colon tube is not a toy for you to play with. It is a very delicate item to be used with utter discretion. It’s not necessary that the whole tube be inserted into your colon. You don’t have to force it in. If you force it in, then the complications would be even more severe.

Inserting the tube has a trick to it. You have to have that skill of listening to your own body. First, you have to get it in by about 10 inches. Then you can start letting the enema solution pass through the colon tube. Once this is done, lie down on your left side with your hips resting on top of a pillow. Then you can insert the tube even deeper. Inserting it takes time, leisure, and paying attention to the language of one’s body. It’s that simple, yet delicate.

Once the tube is in, and the enema solution is settled in your colon you can start letting your body do the cleansing for you. The body has its own way of cleaning itself and its parts. You just have to sit on your comfy toilet bowl and wait for about five to fifteen minutes. The enamel solution will do all the cleaning for you, just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Remember, never force the tube into your body. You wouldn’t want the tube to puncture your colon now, would you? If you force it in then the whole purpose of cleansing your body would be destroyed. Remember that the colon tube is not a perfect tool to be used, but it’s very effective.
